Our engineering and project controls team coordinate site engineering and administrative activities as well as maintain and improve alignment between project stakeholders.
Max has more than 35 years of design and construction experience in primarily transport and civil infrastructure projects in design and construction. Specific technical expertise in tendering, supervising and administering construction contracts for civil, estate development and transport infrastructure including earthworks, roads, bridges, flexible and rigid pavements, pavement stabilisation, traffic signals, batter stabilisation, drainage, utility services adjustments and new works, hard and soft landscaping.

Senior Civil Engineer
Darren has over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering (Construction and Design). He has worked effectively with government clients such as DHA, NCA, Defence and ACT Government in various roles and has excellent relationships and knowledge of local sub-contractors, suppliers and key service providers.
During his career, he has been involved in the delivery of a variety of construction projects in and around the ACT. He has excellent communications skills and is an effective team player.
His specialist areas are in project, contract and financial management, including contract administration.
Ibrahim is a graduate engineer responsible for maintaining BMCA’s website, registers, photo record tool and project documentation. On top of this, Ibrahim provides contract administrative support for BMCA’s major projects. Prior to working with BMCA, Ibrahim gained experience in roads construction in Sudan, and is currently Contract Administrator and assistant to the Resident Engineer on the Horse Park Drive project
Civil Engineer/Surveillance Officer
Sargon graduated from Mosul University, and has a Bachelor of Engineering with several years experience in Iraq and Australia. Since joining the BMCA team, Sargon has quickly built on his design, survey and construction supervision skills to undertake surveillance and project administration tasks on on-going projects, as well as take the lead on logistical and IT tasks. BMCA are committed to further developing his talents, and look forward to a future of promising cooperation.
